THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!!

DO NOT GO TO THEM. Once the case was settled they took more than their share and the contract said they were to give me $5,200 they stiffed me. They gave me ZERO!!! It was not that the case did not settle for a large sum but because they said I did not have the right documents signed.



I am writing a formal complaint.



I recommend that if these "Lawyers" have messed with you that you can file a complaint as well.

I was very satisfied with the way my case was handled. My children and myself were very pleased with Berg Injury Lawyers.

A commercial truck rear ended me on 101 northbound the latter part of 2014. No other vehicles , i had minor injuries as far as i can tell so far, but Berg has withdrawn from the case just yesterday. Citing that the opposing party insurance company has denied liability. Berg says for both partirs - client-me and them -Berg, they are withdrawing. They are not interested in taking my case any further because the costs of pursuing my claim is not projected to earn them enough fees. This maybe the norm , but I was under the impression that they cared about me. At least that is what all their correspondence and advertising emphatically states. Much to my dismay, they have done quite a disappointing performance on my behalf thus far. I do have more specific facts and interaction examples to describe, but am choosing not to go there just yet. I am kinda hoping they might see this review and more to help me. If not, i will pursue contacting other associations and provide more specif information in my review to help others avoid the se problems. You know during the process , i received these seemingly hand signed personally by Mr. Berg himself, wanting me to know how much he cared and that my satisfaction was his utmost importance. The stationary was card stock his signature in ink all high quality stuff. Maybe this was all a hoax? Im very confused by his representation of hisself and not represented at all by his firm. I was rear ended for pete's sake. I guess ..... Now twice.

I had the same dissatisfaction with this firm. They assured me & wife before signing a contract with there firm that they deal with cases like ours all the time & there was nothing to be concerned about. A few months later, we received a call from the attorney handling our case informing us that this firm can no longer represent us. Stay away! I believe they will say anything to get your business but they will not work hard for you.

I feel that Berg Injury Lawyers have great customer service and I was very satisfied with the way they handled my case.

I agree with Ocupyus1.....This Law Firm is the worst ever. No usen a este abogado. Our case settled within2 months becuz it was a bad accident we got over 2K. They said we should put it in a trust and go after our insurance because we had so much damages and injuries.... they brainwashed us that they knew how to deal with our insurance company and do this all the time....it took four years and we got pennies compared to what they went away with. They told us continue going to the doctor, they changed attorneys on us constantly, they would either leave or they just gave us a new lawyer every few months and that new lawyer never seem to know the fact.. At the end we got Bill Ginsberg who was better at picking his nose (seriously) then picking at our case!!! When we went to mediation for our insurance company that they told us to sue he didnt fight for our case he just sat down in the room with us and our insurance Allstate didnt want to pay anything.....They told us they were going to get what my policy said it would pay....BS it got pennies and Berg Injury lawyers becuz we went to mediation got 44% the doctors got paid we got @#$@# They should of not charged us for mediation on our 2K bcuz that was already given to us and we didn't have to go to mediation for that. but they took it out of that. YOU WILL NEVER SEE WILLIAM BERG HE MAKES COMMERCIALS WITH THE MONEY HE STEALS FROM US. STAY AWAY...GO TO A PRIVATE LAWYER THAT WILL FIT YOUR CASE TO THE END, IM SO SORRY WE WENT WITH THE FAST FOOD CHAIN OF LAWYERS

Don't go to any Berg Injury lawyers. You'll be very sorry!!!!111 THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS. You won't get 1 lawyer, you won't ever get William Berg. On my case I have had over 3 different lawyers because they switch them on you or lawyers move on to other law firms. They settled my case months ago and they still have not paid me and keep making excuses that they are having trouble paying out my liens, Bull! They really are the worst law firm I have ever hired. I am very sorry.
