Provided by YPmobileJackson Hewitt was not only responsible for more than one error on my taxes, they also had beyond poor customer service to handle the situation. After 3 letters from the IRS over year 2014 and a certified letter over 2012.. I were amazed at the arrogance and sheer lack of people skills obtained by the management. I have been served two certified letters o ER seperste years.. Spent numerous hours on the phone with/or waiting for an agent at the IRS , and still was treated as though I should be thankful they filled out 3 forms free and cut me a deal and only charged me $102 after discounts.. Mind you they never once got 2014 taxes correct. I would strongly advise against ever trusting Jackson Hewitt ..
