I had some work done by this company in April 2009. In order to get a price break I signed a one year service agreement. The service agreement called for 2 free inspectionsof the unit. The contract stated that they would call me to schedule the appointment. One year passed and I had not heard anything. I called and they set up an appointment to inspect the system. They said they would extend my service agreement by 6 months so I could get the final service inspection in my contract. 6 or 7 months later I still heard nothing from them. I had to call and they told me someone should have been out 2 months before. They blamed it on the person that schedules appointments for the 2nd time.



They did provide the agreed upon services, but it would not have happened if I did not remember. I just don't see how you overlook scheduling appointments for your service contracts. I would not use them again.
