Just bought a Prius at Sam's today. Seems like a good deal with a 6 month repair warranty on the hybrid battery. When I got home I found a headlight bulb was bad, called them up and even though it was sold as is, Sam replaced the bulb the very same day. If you call Sam and he sounds busy, that's because he is busy, making people happy!

Sam helped this grandma out when in need. I work for a non-profit with little time for emergencies, he came through with flying colors, a 24 hr turn around on a last minute inspection that was also affordable! This is car has seen many miles and his service will keep it going or more. Thanks, Sam!

Sam took the time to answer my questions and let me test drive a half dozen different priuses. He also gave me a six-month warranty on the battery and a few other things. Dealing with Sam has been a very good experience and I am very happy with the prius, and getting 45mpg. Thank you Sam.

Good experience with Sam! He is "THE PRIUS MAN"! He works well on complex things that dealers charge 3x as much for. Work was done on schedule and at the quoted amount.



Note to dave99, if you don't leave a deposit on a vehicle and have it in writing, don't expect it to still be there if the business is selling cars. Texting is often a better, faster way of communicating that I have no problem with in 2014.

When you have an agreement, you would expect honest businessmen to stand up to it, right? Well Sam does not. I had an agreement to purchase a vehicle, and when I called to arrange the pickup, he was selling it to another buyer. Then he wouldn't take my phone call, and just sent a text....I wonder what he would do if I drove back over there?

STAY AWAY from Sam's...unless you want to get screwed.
