Everyone was friendly and let me take my time shopping. I appreciated it. I Love my new furniture. It was delivered with care.

During January we visited Wayside Furniture with our son and daughter in law in search of a new "BIG" boy bed for our grandson. Your staff was very helpful in providing information for their purchase. After visiting we decided to return in hopes that we could purchase a new Loveseat as well. After again a very helpful and courteous sales person aided us in our purchase of a loveseat. We were told it was in stock and would be delivered at our earliest convenience. We returned home and realized we had a conflict and our end with delivery and called the next day to change the date. Wayside was able to immediately help us in rescheduling and on the day of delivery we were able to track the delivery on the internet and received a call shortly prior to arrival of the delivery team, which by the way were pictured on the delivery website so we knew who to expect. These two young men were extremely courteous and couldn't have been anymore professional. We will be purchasing our next furniture again at Wayside in the future.

I ordered a dresser and paid when have the contract, now 13 weeks later, still don't see it, I have been calling a few times, every time I get the same answer, the manufacture hasn't ship to our warehouse yet.... I have talked to a few other people who ordered furnitures from them, they are having the same issue!



I am not happy with their service.
