Terrible experience. There is a call center who takes the reservations. You are not talking to anyone at the location. After triple checking that they could add a trailer hitch Friday afternoon, I arrived to find out they made my appointment for Monday at noon. After more false information (they called you - no!, come tomorrow and we can do it - not) I ended up cancelling. I'll find someone more reputable.
