The owners were very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

The wife does the scheduling, and she was prompt in her responses when I had to leave messages, and helpful in scheduling me into a busy schedule.

The husband was helpful in assisting me in understanding how my fireplace/chimney worked (never had a fireplace before), and he was quick to do the work. He cleaned the chimney and re-affixed the flue cover. His assistant easily climbed on the roof of my 3 story house to check the status of the chimney from there.

The work was very affordable! Especially compared to other quotes around Akron. I will have them out again!
