The only thing about thing about my experience with this company that was ok is that they did show up, and they did get my truck home. Was quoted at $175.00 to go 22 miles. Then because I had a mattress and 2 dressers in the back, another $15 dollars was added. And by the way, it was $5 more to pay with a debit card since they dont take checks. If you do the math, ( $175 quoted over the phone, other charges added by the driver), that should come to $195.00, right? When i got my debit card back with the bill, he added $5 for good measure. I will never use this company again! And anyone I know I will tell them about my experience- TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I am so grateful to Team Towing for assisting me & my husband in getting my stuck mini van out of the mud. I was 1/4 mile off the main road, down a muddy driveway & one tow company came out to help & left because they didn't want to get stuck. Team Towing walked down to the van & also did not think their truck could make it down to my van without getting stuck, but the driver from Team Towing helped my husband rock the van out of the mud & we were able to drive it out. So appreciative that they went above & beyond to help. Really went that extra mile!!!

After waiting over an hour and three phone calls, Team Towing arrived and changed my flat tire. After being told that I was "good to go" I soon discovered that something was wrong with the spare tire. The spare had not been inflated and I was driving on the rim. By the time I was able to get to a station, the tire was completely ruined including the rim. I have been communicating with AAA and Team Towing for almost 3 weeks having requested a new spare tire. I received a message today that my tire was in and attempted to pick it up. After driving back and forth on Britain Road looking for the business, I stopped and called only to find that they had moved! I had not been informed of the move in the message and was highly irritated by the time I found the new location. Two employees came out to my car to put the spare in place and obviously did not know how to do it. However, they persevered until it was in place. First of all, this should not have happened and then recovery took three weeks when ordering a new tire ultimately took only two days. AAA needs to reconsider using this company and I do not recommend it. I heard a multitude of excuses for the delay in ordering the tire and find three weeks an unreasonable amount of recovery time while I am driving without a spare tire. The failure to inform me of the relocation of the business simply added to a poor delivery of services.
