I wouldn't even give this store a star. This store is disorganized. The employees can't really help at all. Nothing but problem after problem. Always got someone else to try explain the issue. The manager just sits there and does nothing to help. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this store. It is not a true sprint store. They just sells sprint plans. If you want a great sprint experience goto a true sprint store. Do not goto this store. It's will cause you nothing but headaches and the problem will never get solved. I know from experience. They take forever to spend the old phones back. I suggest goin to the REAL sprint store in Belden village on the strip. They resolved all my issues in less then an hour. Each time I went to the Ellet location I was there at least 3 hrs or more and still had the same problem. Don't go to this location. It's a joke.
