I have never paid a high price nor for something my car doesn't need. They know more then I do when it comes to diagnosis and reapair. I have experience with tinkering with cars and these guys know what there are doing and honest!

great company if you want to pay 700.00 dollars for a repair that is not needed I truly feel sorry for there customers

My husband took his car to get fixed. He had minor work done like brakes and oil change. I noticed while he was driving, I heard a very large screeching sound. That sound was not there before we took our car to get it fixed. Needlessly to say, we called Shaw back and asked what that noise could be, they told us to bring the car in the next day. It's the next day and he is at the shop and they totally didn't know who he was or what he was talking about. They kept saying that he had work done on his car by them, that wasn't even on the receipt. They seemed very unorganized and confrontational with my husband. They kept arguing with him about what needs to be done. I thought the customer was always right. I was afraid to let him leave his car there in fear of retaliation towards him. I went to Shaw because I saw that they did sheriff's cars, so I knew that they had to do a good job. I quess if you're just a regulard paying customer and of another race, you don't get the same treatment.

HAD A VAN, BAD PULL TO THE RIGHT WAS TOLD BACK BRAKES AND LINES NEEDED REPLACED FROM FRONT TO BACK. $600 LATER PICK UP VAN PULL OUT, APPLY BREAKS, BAD PULL TO THE RIGHT. DROVE VAN BACK AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST AN UNDETERMINED AMOUNT NO THANKS I WAS FOOLED ONCE FAMILY BUSINESS HAH
