Update after filing a property damage claim against the owners insurance I received payment for the cost of a new septic tank and landscaping. I'm sure glad I took pictures. If you hire them video record them the whole time! If the owner would have just owned the mistake and did the right thing to get this fixed, I would have left a decent review. They have no morals and do not care about the property they work on. Call Superior Drain.

Rob in cuyahoga falls destroyed our septic tank replacing a line to it. There was a hole in the yard! He disputes it. We had our septic people out who inspected when we bought our house for integrity of the entire septic tank per the state/county and passed then and every year since inspected with a camera. Yes in fact you broke the top and fractured the sides and bottom when the top fell as the report shows. So there is no way to replace the top and get us back to our original state before you broke the tank. Rob and an other guy came out and inspected after the real septic tank inspection and agreed they broke it and would replace. So he said he would call another company to inspect. He “called” uniontown septic, and without an inspection rob acknowledged never happened, they said they could replace the top but rob would bring in his bobcat and have to do it.

Rob is not a septic repair person and I do not trust him at all now. I want our septic repair people to do the job right and Roto rooter to
Pay specifically robs franchise for the cost. He broke it! You should also fire for him for his customer service in regard to this. He never followed up nor owned the issue properly. Very dissatisfying, disappointed and will submit a bbb claim in addition. He wouldn't even look at pictures I took of their machine on top of our tank and do the right thing.

I’m asking you make this right as a company and listen to the septic people not rob who “talked to a guy on the phone at uniontown septic”.

I called in the early afternoon and asked to have someone at my house between 4-5pm. Denny arrived on time and handled everything in less than an hour. Nice job.
