We moved to Doylestown and started trash service with Republic in February 2013. From February to October we made three separate payments of 35 dollars and change which, each payment covers three months.Every month we get debt alert letter stating we owe 71.00 dollars or 91.00 dollars. These letters started coming one month into our service. How could a person possibly owe that much if the cost is 35.00 per three months. Half the time they miss picking up your trash all together. Every month we had to call and give the woman payment confirmation numbers to stop the debt collection letters. It is obvious to us that someone in this office is pocketing a little extra money. They had no record of our payments until we gave the pymt confirmation numbers to the debt agency and the debt agency would contact them. Then they would start pickup again for a week or so and quit again.We had all our receipts. The woman on the phone was rude and told us to mail another copy of the receipts and she would look into it again. This happened four or five times.Absolutely the worst service we have ever seen! The person doing the bookkeeping has no clue what they are doing or is dishonest. Horrible service.
