Landmark was exceptional. they put on a new roof for me. It has snowed and rained hard and no leaks. The roof looks beautiful from the outside. The workers were efficient and cooperative. They cleaned up really well after themselves. left no debris behind.. Job took much less time than I thought because workers worked hard. Thank you Landmark Construction. Price was very reasonable. I would give the a 5 star rating!

BEWARE!

My mother was scammed out of $2000 for a job that was never even started.Company blames their subcontractors with lengthy criminal record that they hired to represent them.Company chose to hire a lawyer to protect themselves instead of helping the victims.More victims in Canal Fulton area as police department will verify.

Horrible,worst experience ever!



I hired this company to fix water leak in roof. They said they fixed it but i still saw the leak.

And then when i call about this, they try to avoid their responsibility on this and talked about extra charge.



It took more than 10 calls to get a inspector again into my house. and they tried to fix the problem for the second time but failed.



When i called them again, they did nt pick up my call so i left voice message but they never returned my call.



They should not run their business.

Beware of this company. They never follow through with scheduling repairs or making job right. No customer satisfaction or service. Its been one year and repairs still aren't done. Poor company representation.

Landmark came to give a quote. However, they never sent it. It appeared they were chasing insurance dollars and waiting to see what the insurance would pay out before quoting.
