I was doing dreads & one of the workers there told me to use bees wax & apply heat to it to dry it, I'd never used it and I told her that & I did it and now I can't get it out of my hair. She completely lied about how to even use bees wax just to get a sale and I am PISSED. It took me over 15 hours to undress my hair & now I have to strt all over because she told me my hair "wouldn't lock right" with out It & then I come to find out she doesn't even know how to use the wax she gave me instructions on. I am livid

Rude an unaware of the definition of customer service.
