John was wonderful. My dryer heating element went bad I called him and told him what was wrong and he was able to get me the right part.

I am ecstatic and thank you!!! Got so tired of washing dishes for the past month and took it upon myself to fix my KithchenAid dishwasher (dishes would not come out clean). Went online and watched a few videos and figured it out that I needed the Chopper Assembly. My husband took three parts (Protector inlet, Check Valve sump & Chopper Assembly) to Home Appliance Parts. He came home and told me that the very nice, knowledgeable owner said we only needed to replace the Chopper Assembly. I put the part in (a little tricky, but just take your time) and assembled the rest of the parts back in the dishwasher (took about 15-20 minutes). Excellent company. The have the largest suppy of parts in stock. I called all over to find parts and this was the ONLY company that had them in stock AND at the best price! Other companies had to order them and their prices were higher. Plus they were so helpful - they provided great friendly help. Have the name of the manufacturer and your model number for them to look up the part. I'll never go anywhere else.

They are a God send when you need a part in a hurry very friendly, very helpful give them a call first when you need parts.Keep a good in store stock and you can't beat the prices they have saved me a lot of money doing it my self. sorry to all the repair guys out there.
