Had to take my husband here on Memorial Day. With Covid no one can go in or even wait in waiting room. Upon check in nurse promises to call with updates. 3 hours with no calls. The only reason I knew my husband was going to be ok was I got ahold of him on his cell phone. He asked the nurse to call me. After verifying my name, her very next statement to me was, "I understand you're getting antsy" said in a snarky tone. I've never spoken to this woman! I told her if by waiting 3 hours for an update then yes I'm antsy. To my next 5 questions her answer to EVERY one of them was I don't know. These were easy questions about his condition. I used google when I hung up and got those answers. Then he waited an hour for a simple lab test. If you want your loved ones treated by knowledgeable and professional people and if you want those waiting to be treated with respect then go somewhere else. First (and last) time at this facility but second fail by Cleveland Clinic. Go elsewhere.
