Terrible Service!
This company completely failed on there support and installment efforts. When we decided to go somewhere else they told us that our several thousand dollar down payment was not even a little bit reimbursable and that we were required to return all of their equipment (after much negotiations we were able to recoup half of our money). Their lack of knowledge is astounding, and unwillingness to work with us in my opinion is completely unethical. When all is said and done we only paid half of what we intended for a service and product that does not exist.
