Mark immediately called back and was able to fix the broken torsion spring within 60 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced for after hours service call. He also tightened all bolts / screws and lubed every moving part. Can't say enough good things about him and his company!

Mark was fantastic. Our garage door broke and he came out later that evening to fix it. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him!

Service Rep Mark was fantastic!!! Called early in the morning after first appointment cancelled. He said he could be there in 15 minutes (this was just after we had a bad storm earlier that morning). Was there when he said he would be, was very nice and had it repaired within an hour. Absolutely GREAT SERVICE!!!
