We were amazed at Scott's expertise. He diagnosed our refrigerator failure quickly, (the re-lay and fan), and not only that he had both parts in his truck.
By the time he got here and the time he left was under a hour.
Very friendly and efficient repair man and our golden retriever Faye loves him also.
Thank you for the timely service, especially the day before Thanksgiving.

I don't think it is possible to have had a better experience. He was on time. The diagnosis was fast. He fixed it. Win-win-win. Cheaper than buying a new refrigerator!!!! Will definitely use again and tell my friends. Thank you!!

Fast friendly service. We have used their repair company 3 times now over the last 10 years and are always pleased.

I called Scott early in the morning and he was able to come out to my house on my lunch break and service my drying machine. He was there when he said he was going to be there and shared some great knowledge.

So refreshing to encounter a service company that actually is honest and customer oriented. Contacted Scott for service on a dryer, responsive, followed through on commitment. Originally thought needed a new motor. When the part arrived and the technician (Roy) came to install, discovered it could be repaired without the expense of a new motor. When my gas oven quit heating I called this company. The tech that came out the same day was very professional, knowledgeable and performed the repair quicky. He explained the problem clearly to me and even had the needed part with him. Their prices are also very reasonable.
