I called to scheduled Paul to pressure test and hook the Freon lines up on a mini split.. I was added to schedule, Paul showed up, did his part anddd helped out by exchanging extra lines he had for the wrong ones i had. 👍👍
I then asked and he serviced our home unit👍👍 . One part had to be replaced and I needed him to do a quick drop by for a fuse replacement👍👍 He even came after hours to replace the part because he was booked the next day.. I assure you he is and will be my my HVAC man..

I called Saturday morning, and my A/C was back in proper working order on Saturday evening. The technician arrived when he said he would, explained what was going on with my unit and quickly repaired it at a great price. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Had him install an air conditioner two years ago. It is now needing repair for the third time. A new unit shouldn't need to be repaired this many times so soon. And if it does, the repairs should be prompt. I shouldn't have to wait until he gets around to it. If I wanted to sit around waiting being hot, I wouldn't have paid him to install a new air conditioner unit.
