Allstar Appliance Repair Inc is an excellent company. Dave is respectful and courteous and has a great knowledge of appliances. He also provides useful tips on how to keep appliances in good working condition. We are very happy with this company.

I was having trouble with my microwave; the turntable stopped turning and the unit was making unhappy noises. I had excellent service from Allstar Appliance within a couple of days, and the company was willing to work around my schedule.

I was so pleased with the quality of the repair and the knowledge, professionalism and integrity of the service repairman. Installing one part made another fail and Dave went that same day to a parts warehouse and found a replacement part and was back the next day to finish the job at no extra charge. They are good and trustworthy.

Dave was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair my dryer with relative ease; and the price seemed reasonable as well. Plus, he was at the house to repair the dryer within 24 hours of my first call...excellent service! I will definitely use AllStar Repair again in the future (although hopefully I won't need to).

Do not use All Star if you can help it. overpriced and incompetent. professed to be someone else. he did not tell me his name until he came to the house and i could not recognize him. he is not the guy i meant to call. does a good song and dance to get the appointment but can't fix anything

My washing machine broke. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Dave was on time, professional, and very patient in answering my questions. I appreciated that he was respectful and didn't "talk down to me" or "sell me" as some repairmen tend to do with women. It's been a while now, and the washing machine is still going strong. Great service that I would highly recommend!

I got an Amana 1.5 cu. ft. over the range microwave 3 years ago, and like most people, I depended on it for a part of most of my meals...sadly. One evening, I popped my vegetables in there, and nothing happened, when I pressed start. Not the end of the world, but a frustrating situation, nonetheless. I had used Allstar Appliance Repair in Agoura Hills, and had really liked the work they did, and someone told me that they now had a location in Thousand oaks, which is closer to me. I called them the next morning, and they came out within 2 hours. They fixed my 'right arm' in no time, and it did not cost anywhere near what I was expecting. Allstar Appliance in Thousand Oaks has repair technicians that know what they are doing. It's great when you find one of these businesses.

Allstar was very helpful and conscientious in their work. They were also clean, polite, and knowledgeable.
