Pastries are good, nice to have some decent italian ice in town, but the service was awful. I waited in line and the employee decided to help the woman behind me because she knew her. Will never go again.

This bakery has the Best Italian pastries, homemade Italian Ices and gelatos. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. You will love it.

NOTHING COMES CLOSE!!!The best italian bakery and cafe in the Western Mass Market!Fresh baked goods, fruit and whipped cream cakes for any occassion, excellent 5 star quality and value! I would give them 10 stars if I could! A favorite spot with the locals too!(I need ask him to put in WiFI for us business people!) ha ha

Wow they have the best pastries and cakes from anyone around! If you put in a xmas or new years order do it early and arrive early since there is a wait in line. They have cookie platters, canoli platters that are so yummy. You must go here for your bakery items. A++++

This is a fabulous bakery! They have awesome italian baked goods. Their cookies trays are beautiful. There coffee is excellent, very nice staff.
