Provided by SuperpagesPoor customer service and poor follow thru. Try the sales guy told me one thing and never followed thru and Jay the owner has no clue what he's doing. I've spent $1000's of dollars putting alarms in my house and have never been thru what I have with redoing an alarm system in my parents house. Already existing alarm just updating a few things. Was told I'd get a discount due to circumstances and have been let down numerous times, tried to resolve this for days now and still no end in sight. I would advise not having a system installed by them ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Karen Gossett
