I love the owners and the food. I have been enjoying this food for more than 20 years. I attended the place when it was located off Lemon Ave in Dallas. Awesome food and great atmosphere!!!

My favorite restaurant...period. Deliciously prepared Ethiopian national dishes, tastefully served by the friendliest waitstaff there is! The food is delicious, never varies from "as good as it gets," and the owners, Berhane and Elsa Kiflom, are gracious and welcoming. I feel like part of the family, but I've been eating at "The Queen" since 1984! Enough said; do yourself a favor and try the "fingers-only" dishes. Some are spicy, some not; all are savory, from the vegetarian offerings to and through the chicken, lamb, and beef dishes. Like most Ethiopian restaurants, they also offer a full Italian menu. I am told it's good, but I have never tried that; there are Italian restaurants for that and I love the Ethiopian food without reservation. I have tried The food in Ethiopian restaurants all over Dallas, and in London, Melbourne, and other cities. We have the best here. Pete
