Poor customer service from the owner. I've been attending this gym for months and the gym staff has never had an issue with me bringing a guest. My membership allowed me to bring a guest for free. I had a trainer come train me and the owner got upset, when she was my guest. I've had several friends come and workout with me, and I help with their weight loss goals. When I asked for documentation to support there could not be any outside trainers, he did not provide it. He was unprofessional and rude and I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. There are other gyms, with better customer service for the same price, or more. I'd rather pay more than attend a gym where the "owner" would approach a customer the way he did.
