Dan was excellent. He returned my call on his day off. I was able to take my car in to AutoNation Collision the next morning at 7:00 so I could get to work on time.

I have new 2013 328i BMW convertible and some one backed into the car while car was parked so nevertheless bumper had to be changed. After looking at reviews for classic BMW I decided to go for Bankston collision center since I bought my car from Dallas. When I went to pick up the car the color on front bumper was darker then the rest of the car ( which is crimson red) I was heart broken. They took the car back and re painted it . I was just surprised how they could mess up and deliver the car to me after two weeks with a totally different paint color. They did take care of rental for the 2nd time they had to correct the mistake. To me that is disappointing. I took this car in to BMW certified collision center for a reason but was surprised with the results. To me they should at least look at the car before delivering it to see if the paint is indeed the right color. I probably will go back if I need work on my car but will still be scared.
