Fast, fair, friendly! This is a 5 star shop, even if they are Packer fans.

the staff was friendly and fast some of my car spare parts was changed with a reasonable price and with in a short time. the staff was very honest about what kind of work is necessary or not

Finally, a car repair place that puts their customer first. I have used Auto Plus a few times in the past and have always been pleased with how I was treated, how they fixed my cars, and how much they charged...but my most recent experience with them has made me realize what true professionals they are. My car was due for a 15K maintenance. I called up the dealership and they quoted me $195.00. The only real thing they were going to do was rotate the tires. Everything else was "check this" or "clean that." So I took the car to Auto Plus because as they told me on the phone -- they "check this" and "clean that" on every car that they are inspecting as a matter of course. I make the appointment and drop the car off at 9:30 am telling them I need the car back by Noon. This turns out to be a bit of a problem because they have 36 cars in the shop and the person I talked to the on the phone when I made the appointment didn't note that I wanted the car back by Noon. But they tell me they will "do their best." At 11:30 am they show up at my door (yes...they delivered my car back to me at my house!) and they hand me the invoice. I open it up to find out that I owe them $0....that's right $0....because they do tire rotations for free....and the rest of the stuff they inspected and topped off, etc...well, they do that on every car they have in for repair.



Folks...you will not find a finer or more honest establishment than Auto Plus. I highly, highly recommend you take your car to them. You will not be sorry.

I have taking my vehicles to Auto Plus for over 12 years. They take the time to explain any problems I have had and even worked with my extended warranties. I will continue to take my vehicles to Auto Plus. The front desk staff is very helpful.

Auto Plus in Addison is the absolute best! Honest and affordable with awesome customer service! Every time I take my car in I am totally impressed & pleased with their service. I have been going there for about 20 years for repairs & regular maintenance. In that time there were 3 times when I "Knew" I had a HUGE (expensive) problem. Today was one of those days. I thought I needed some really major work done on my emission system, and even told them that was what I thought. They took a look and found the problem was just a small line break. Results? They could have told me anything, and charged me accordingly, but they just fixed the problem and I had less than a $75 bill! Same thing happened when I thought I needed my brakes replaced and when I had a problem with my heating system. Thanks Auto Plus, You ARE the Best!

While on the highway, my water pump belt gave out. The car was in danger of overheating, and my phone showed Auto Plus was the closest mechanic nearby. You can imagine the dread I felt: my car is in trouble, and I'm using an unknown mechanic. It turned out to be the best car-related thing that happened to me. The people at Auto Plus Inc were willing to talk for a while to explain what was wrong, what else looked troublesome, and what it all meant. My car was a '92 and I wanted to get another year out of it and they gave me an honest, lucid explanation of what we might need to do to get there. They let me know we could use cheaper brake replacements, and what exactly that would mean safety-wise - that really made me feel like I had some control over an often opaque process.After an bad accident a few months later, I had them inspect the car to see what needed to be done and whether it was worth it to keep the car. Auto Plus is a FUN place to do business with. They have a referral contest to win a big-screen TV. They offer such things as a free oil change for red cars on Valentine's Day. Right now, they have a construction discount because of street repair on Grace. In addition to the fun stuff, they have loaner cars or will pick you up or take you home.
