I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! A very close friend of mine left her dog (an American Bulldog) in their care for a week while on vacation only to come back to find that their poor baby had been neglected and left with serious injuries to his neck & body that had set up infection. The kennel owner has made up excuses and is now trying to blame it on the dog owners stating that the collar was too tight. Their dog has had the same collar for 2 months and they have NEVER had any issues with it and anyone who knows the dog owners know that they take pride in their fur babies. There is no excuse for this kind of neglect...PERIOD! The dog had marks on his face and body as well, but yet the kennel owner still will not own up to any blame. An emergency contact number was also left with the kennel owner and they not once contacted the dog owners to notify them of the injuries or to see if the dog owners would like for them to seek medical attention.
I am the owner of 2 precious fur babies so this really hits me hard because my dogs are my babies. As a pet owner I only want the best care for my babies and if you are reading this review then I know you are expecting to find the best place to take your pets...so please for the sake of your pets, I DO NOT recommend this place!

My dog has been a frequent guest, occasionally for an overnight up to more than a week. I have never had any issues with his health or care at Bed & Biscuit. Brutus, very much the homebody, goes willingly. That says a lot for this dog. I am so happy to have found this kennel.

Our dog has boarded at Bed & Biscuit many times. While she's always glad to get back home, she always seems glad to see the owner and goes right in without having to be coaxed at all. I feel confident about leaving our dog with them.

My husband and I went on a weekend vacation and had our baby, Sadie, boarded here. When we came back she was out playing with a toy and was so happy she didn't even notice us at first. The man was nice and she seemed just fine. Its in their backyard and is a small boarding place but she really seemed fine. I will use them again.
