THE LADY BECAME VERY HUFFY AND PUFFY JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE STRICT POLICIES. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED IN A MORE PROFESSIONAL MANNER. NOT A PELSENT IMPRESSION OVER THIS BUSINESS AT ALL.
