Provided by YPmobileMy husband and I went into the Optical Dept. on 14th of February 2015 and we were in there well over 20 mins. The sales rep. never acknowledge our presence at all I had to initiate a conversation with her by asking her what her name was it was "Heather" then she just said oh I'll be with you. OMG she was so rude I had an appointment on Friday which will definitely be canceled, I would never want to come here for an eye exam nor buy eye glasses when you're completely ignored and the place only had one other person there besides us. This place doesn't even get a rating from me.
