They kept right on deadline, worked through the holidays to make sure we were up and running by the first of this year. Their knowledge and expertise in the field & polite, professional, hard working crew did an outstanding job! It took less than 2 months before we were making more solar energy than we were using and have no electric bill! Our deepest thanks to Luke and his awesome crew. This store is the only one i will go to to get my pellets. they always seem to have a good deal and, lot of sale deals. I find the owner and, staff very pleasant and willing to answer any questions i have. I got a few good tips from them as well. You got to get there as soon as the trucks deliver the pelletts.They go so fast. Nice store. I always see a stove i want when i go. The retro stoves are so pretty.

Most knowledgable stove shop around, selling the best products. Nices people I have ever dealt with, the employees are also very friendly and knowledgable. I am beyond satisfied with the stove and service, i recommend them to everybody. ALso had the best prices around so no need to shop around

I have nothing but praise for this dealer. With 2 installations they were done promptly and perfectly. The workers were most helpful and courteous. With only 2 service calls, they responded quickly and solve the problem quickly.

Love this place! They are friendly and their prices are awesome. I get all of my pellet stove needs there and wouldn't go anywhere else. I eventually want a fireplace insert and will be going there without a doubt.

This place has the worst service and they just dont care!!!!!! I have been waiting for a completed install for 3 weeks now! Search for them on yahoo.com and see what everyone else is saying.....
