Very nice, extra clean, awesome brand new facilty! My kid's are in the Karate Program, and they have the best prcie and the best instruction anywhere. I get the 24/7 gym for free, because my kid's are in Karate, and I get to watch them on TV in Karate class while I do my cardio! Win-win situation!



My teenage daughter and I also do the kickboxing class, which is a great cardio workout, but also teaches self-defese. We are both a lot stonger, more flexible, and tone since beginning the class, and we just love it, it's a major stress reliever--I encourage you to try a class if you haven't already--they usually give one or two for free! Plus, they offer it 4 nights a week!



We are on the Family All-Inclusive Plan, which includes 5 family members for $199 per month--My husband does the gym, my daughter and I do the gym and kickboxing, and my younger two kid's do the Karate. You just can't beat that price!





This gym has something for the entire family with the best rates. We all really love it!
