The UCM all started by one man who just started finding, and collecting, items. The true meaning of "One mans trash is another mans treasure"! The Exhibit Hall is one of the main exhibits, filled with paint-by-number paintings which hang over a mini River Road scene, which even have a general store and BBQ joint! It's a super fascinating and quirky roadside attraction near New Orleans which has thousands of objects that have been found - all in a folk art environment.
