Provided by YP.comI have a warrantee on my Jenn-Aire refrigerator. I was given Repair Max as the point of contact to repair my ice maker. They called and said they had to order a part. Then called and said part was in and made an appointment for the following day. They did not show up or call. I called there number but my phone number was blocked. I called from my cell number and left a message asking to PLEASE call me so we could reschedule. They blocked that number also. These people are not professional and lack any form of courtesy.
