I purchased 3 oil changes on the certified Odyssey that I bought from Sussmans' 2 years ago. They wouldn't give me an appointment and when I arrived and asked for a ride nearby I was told none was available and he would let me know when the vehicle was free. After one hour, still no ride and when I talked to the gentleman, he was very rude. He said they only had one car available and it went to get parts as well.

Then I was told that it needed 4 new tires (they were supposed to be new when I bought the car) and I haven''t put that many miles on them. The tire light goes on shortly after I check the pressure and fill them. Was told this is normal.
