They very compassionate and caring when it comes to your pet. Even in an emergency situation they squeezed us in!! Dr. F. B. Gent and his daughter were fantastic when treating and handling Tess who is scared to death of anyone examining her. Dr. F. B. Gent and his daughter are out of this world in their caring and compassion when it comes to your pets ❤

We had an amazing experience here. They were very compassionate and helpful with our sick cat. They got us in the same day and didn't run a bunch of unneccessary tests. We have been to VCA in Abingdon and we will never use them again after going to Lee Hwy. The prices were very reasonable and if I ever need to board, I will definitely do it there. Can't say enough about how good the service was!

Dr. Gent and his staff have always taken very good care of my cats, Biscuit and Larry. He is definitely attuned to animal needs and handles them with great care. One of my cats, Larry, was suffering with a very sore paw. She is perfectly fine now. He even called me at my place of work to let me know what he had found and directions on her care.

My dog was not treated good I know how he acts ! He had blood on his beding when I picked him up! He has never been aggressive to anyone the vet is not good with dogs mine will never stay there again
