I'm going to review the alternatives here because I don't care for catfish....yep, I said it! BUT I have to say, their hand battered chicken tenders are to DIE FOR!!! And their hand cut fries! I ordered the small plate serving and don't let the name fool you, it's a LOT of food. I couldn't finish it all. So if you're like me, don't let the name fool you. They have other amazing food to eat there!

Catfish Corner is an Abilene staple restaurant. Best catfish in town, an owner that genuinely cares that his patrons are happy and well feed, friendly staff that remember you and treat you like family within a quaint rustic atmosphere. No one Ever has to twist my arm to go there.

Fried seafood is some of the best as well as their steak fingers. Can't wait to try some other things. We always try to eat here when we are in town!

my gal tells me I have a prollem.... I eat the best catfish known to man at least 4 times a month....sometimes 2-3 times a week. in fact, im about to go pick some up right now.

If you try and tell me that you've had better catfish elsewhere you're not just lyin to me but you're lyin to yourself.

Best catfish I have ever had !!!!! Wonderful service and very attentive owner!!! Made us feel very welcome and look forward to returning!!! Best CFS ever eaten as well!!!!

Great food at a good price.Friendly professional wait staff. New food items being added to the menue such as chicken fried bacon One nibble of this new menue item and I was hooked. I give Catfish corner 5 out of 5 stars for food quality, taste and price.
