Siegel, Barnett & Schutz, L.L.P is one of the largest and oldest law firms in South Dakota, with offices in Aberdeen and Sioux Falls. We are a general practice, full service law firm. Our history dates back to 1918, when the firm was founded by L.T. Van Slyke and Hugh Agor. Stan Siegel and Joe Barnett Joined the firm in the 1950's, followed by Ray Schutz in 1963. Today our lawyers handle civil and criminal litigation and appeals at all levels in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals. We handle matters throughout South Dakota and North Dakota, and frequently associate with resident attorneys to handle matters in other states. Our members have a long history of service to their profession, community, and state.
