Fast and friendly service! We use Sewer Duck at work and they are always here as soon as we need them. If I ever need service at home they will definitely be the ones I will go to.

The office staff is very friendly - they worked around my schedule for setting the appointment. I would definitely recommend Sewer Duck.

Ive had all the sewer cleaners to my.place! And.by far only."sewer duck" was able to resolve my situation! So I had 3-4 bills racked up, but if I woulda just paid for the better service in the beginning, it woulda saved me alot of time, money, n headaches! Highly recommend to anyone with a sewer issuse! And to top it all off, I talked to jeff goldade, the owner, who had a heart n understood what ive been dealing with, n actually gave me a better deal after it was all finished! N better than the initial sewer guys that showed up! Best business operating in this town! Real professional, courteous, n man do they come as soon as they're needed, fast n quick response! 24/7!!! Call the ducks!

We had them come 3 times.We paid for the 1st 2 bills. The 3rd time was a day or two after the last time we were there. We understood we wouldn't be paying for them to come out the 3rd time, but they bliled us anyway. When we finally got a chance to call them, they said it was too late to change it. They said the owner would call back. He didn't. When I finally contacted him about the bill today, he was extremely rude, kept speaking over me, calling me "one of those kind of people" and insinuated I didn't pay my bills in general. I tried explaining that I felt it was unfair to be billed twice when the first time was not effective. The men came, jetted the pipes, and left. The pipes weren't really cleaned out and plugged within 24 hours, so I thought he'd cut me a break. The first bill was 250 or so and he said that was cheap. The 2nd bill was for over 300. Our main problem was the overall attitude and customer service of the owner, Jeff Goldade
