So, the managers are inexperienced and have really bad customer service and always on there cell phones. Even the store manager was on her phone texting while I was waiting in line and I do believe that her name is Kjersten. One of the associate's there is involved in some illegal activities such as drug use and that's not acceptable. I bring my baby niece to go shopping there and I see other kids running around so not a safe environment at all whatsoever. So you guys need to do something about that.
