As a new client of our practice, you can expect our full attention to your pets needs. Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there may be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible. You will normally see a veterinary technician first who will take a history, and gather some data for the doctor. A Veterinarian will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. You will normally see the veterinary technician again to wrap things up, and she will provide you with further educational information and answer routine wellness and care questions for you. Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up. We are excited to meet you and your human and animal family members!

Nice people but their policies suck. Every little thing they want to recheck blood levels every 6 months for a pain med... when all I asked for was an aspirin (100 dollar bill) to be on the safe side, etc... Policy doesn't recommend any over the counter aspirins. I need a vet that is practical and considers my wallet in their pricing and policy. Gimme a break guys. Now I need a pet psychologist, Accupuncture and Rakei for the dawg, I'm sure. I am glad you are passionate and enthusiastic about pet care, but lets be practical too. Stop with the weird policy... I love the TLC, it's just to darn expenmsive... let me come in and out fats n cheap like it was for a working animal and stop playing on our eotions like this is our child?(&$#@*}>>}{

My dogs are always treated like they are the staff and doctor's personal pets! The doctors and staff are warm and loving and make us feel comfortable. I had to treat my dog for hurt rear legs recently and Dr. Fritz explained the best treatment plan for her. We are treating her with Acupuncture and it has made Missy like a puppy again! I wish I would have tried acupuncture with Dr. Fritz first! Thank you Dr. Fritz!

horrible vet

When ever I go there is always some complaining about being misquoted and overcharged. Well they got me this quoted me one price and charged $50 more. They said sorry we made a mistake.

My dog Millie had seen Dr Fritz and her staff multiple times for vaccines as well as illnesses. Each visit I felt Millie was in good hands. They are kind and compassionate, and when it came time to put Millie to sleep, I knew it was in her best interest and Dr. Fritz was very soothing and supportive. I will be taking any other pets we have in the furture to Aberdeen Veterinary Clinic.
