They do suck!! Not very professional and rude!! I got my bill in and I am used to paying $17-$21 dollars, well this bill was $243. I was like what the heck??? So I called, b/c I know I don't have a leak in the house, outside, or no way in hell we used 60,000 gallons of water. (We usually use around 3,000) Well they said they did a meter reading on the 24th and it was higher than normal so they re-read it on the 26th to make sure it was right. So all this time that passes waiting on my bill...NO ONE has attempted to call or leave a freakin note that water is getting wasted outrageously. && I asked if there was anything they could do to help us out, and they said NO..once it passes through the meter it is "your" responsibility..."NOT OURS"...so basically it was a "NOT our problem, you're screwed" attitude. I paid the dang bill and told them what I thought!! I wish we could choose water companies!!!!!

They Are horrible they will turn your water off in a heart beat on a Friday and won't come back on the weekend even if you have small kids in the house !!!!!! Abbeville :( they suck
