I love Chantel! She is amazing with color! No complaints!

I would not recommend this salon. The stylist was unprofessional and insulting after I questioned her concerning an issue I had with my cut, specifically the length of layers. I brought in a picture and with over 9 inches of extra hair to work with, duplicating or at least coming close should not have been a problem. I tried to convey my concerns. The

Stylist not only kept interrupting me but brought others clients in on the conversation by making rude commits about me including accusing me of blasting her all over Facebook (something i would not do). She continued to state that it was my fault, slamming things and continuing to speak very loudly.



I was not only very disappointed with the cut but very embarrassed with her reaction. I dislike it to the point that I don't want to leave my house. She could have and should have handled my concerns and questions (which I believe I'm entitled to as a paying customer) in a more professional way and at least attempted to make it right.



It was not easy to write this review but felt I must. I feel it was the best way to handle this. I'm hoping the stylist reflects on this and if she is honest she will make this right.
