This was one of the most pleasant experiences in dealing with some of the most unpleasant of circumstances! From Denise in the office answering my calls, texts, concerns, to Jon the exterminator fitting is into his already swamped schedule. They sat with us and answered a multitude of questions and were extremely fair on pricing! My family has been with this company for 25+ years and we will continue to use them for all pest concerns!

I love this company's work! They took care of my bug problem at a fair price and very fast. Hopefully I'll never have to use them again but if I do? I know who to call.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! QUOTED A PRICE FOR FLEA TREATMENT IN MY BASEMENT, SAID IT WAS GUARANTEED. CAME TO MY HOME, TOLD ME IF THEY HAVE TO COME BACK I'D HAVE TO PAY AGAIN! SO I GUESS THERE IS NO GUARANTEE! WENT DOWN TO MY BASEMENT WITHOUT GETTING SUITED UP AND GOT FLEAS ALL OVER HIMSELF. TRIED TO COME BACK UP WITHOUT TAKING THEM OFF. THEN TOLD ME HE SLAPPED THEM ALL OFF, BUT STOOD IN MY KITCHEN SLAPPING HIS LEGS, BRINGING FLEAS INTO MY HOME! THANK GOD I HAD SPRAY AND SPRAYED MY HOME TO KILL THEM. ALSO, THEY WANTED TO SPRAY A GAS THROUGH MY CAT DOOR FROM MY KITCHEN WITHOUT GOING DOWN TO MY BASEMENT. I TOLD HIM THERE WAS A WINDOW OPEN AND HE SAID IT DIDN'T MATTER! WHAT! THE GAS WOULD GO RIGHT OUT THE WINDOW! I ASKED SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY LAUGHED AT THAT! HIRED SOMEONE MORE REPUTABLE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CHEAPER, AND THEY COME BACK FREE TO MAKE SURE THE TREATMENT WORKED OR ELSE RETREAT. I DEFINITELY DID NOT HIRE THEM. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! A RIPOFF! BIG TIME!

Worked with Denise many times. This company is very reputable, reliable and reasonable. I would recommend to friends and family. They have a wide variety of services and will make sure you are satisfied.
