Not customer friendly, will take your money, but if you have a problem, you can not get to the owner to talk about it. Had color done there and while I was there, the colorist had to redue a spot she missed. No biggie, but when I got home I saw that there were many places she missed. When I called to talk to her about it, she said, Oh don't worry aboutit.Easy for her to say, she's not wearing my hair with color missing. I spent $135 plus a tip and this is how they treat me?
