I brought my bike in three weeks ago and asked for a tune up. It seemed like I was riding slower. The first thing they did was measure my chain and tell me I needed a new chain and set up. I reluctantly agreed. I confirmed they were tuning up my bike and paid them over $250 to do it. I had a race the following week..noticed my brakes rubbing in the rear of the bike. I went back to the bike shop the next day.. Last Sunday... Told them they just tuned it up and if they could double check the brakes. They said no problem and it should take a day. I never got a call from them so I stopped by on Friday, a week almost after I dropped off the bike. The owner seemed surprised I was there. I said is my bike ready? They rolled my bike to me and flipped it over. The tech said there was rust on the brakes and he had to order the parts, and he might not even be able to order them... I asked which one? It would be IMPOSSIBLE to miss this on a tune up.

This IS THE Bike Shop!

Dave and Joe own the place. Dave has tons of straightforward experience while Joe is the comic relief. These two guys are great! I bought my first real road bike (FELT F85) from them. I went there 3 times to check it out and ride it. Every time, I was welcome. Although the shop can get busy, these guys always acknowledge and make you feel welcome. This is a HUGE difference between the other bike shops in the area. The "others" just did not get right down to it, which is the BIKE and how it fits YOU.

Try Adventure Cycling in Winter Springs! It was the farthest shop from me, but well worth the drive. I spent a few hours there talking & learning, all the while they were setting up my bike, just for ME. They spent some good time making sure I was happy. It fits perfectly. You won't get better service anywhere else.

They are also directly off the Cross Seminole Trail, which makes it perfect to test ride a bike.

Try it, you will like it!

* Pros: ATTENTIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, APPROACHABLE STAFF. EXPERIENCED!

* Cons: Shop is so popular, it needs to be bigger :-)
