Consumers beware! I went to Ideal Image to get a price on hair removal after hearing an advertisement on the radio. Once I talked with the staff she informed me it was buy one get one free special, I said perfect how much? She talked about how they customize the number of treatments and setting based on the client needs, etc.... She placed a HCS paper in front of me circling the payment per month, which was 76.00. I told her I didn't want to finance payments but to pay as I go. Her comment was "perfect you can do that online". After agreeing to 76.00 per treatment, I received an invoice for $3000.00 which had the monthly payments at 350.00 I contacted the Best Business Bureau but the company has failed to address this.

I had Ultherapy at Ideal Image to tighten the skin on my face. I wanted to make an improvement but did not want to have surgery. I had researched Ultherapy and liked the before and after photos I saw and liked that it was non invasive and that I would look natural afterward. My wife had gone to Ideal Image for hair removal so I already knew how professional they were, so I chose to go there for my Ultherapy treatment. I had my treatment done (it only took 1 treatment) and it was a great experience. They made me feel at ease and were very professional, and caring. Im looking forward to seeing my results. My wife and I would both highly recommend Ideal Image.

My daughter and I both started our laser sessions last year at Ideal Image and we have both been extremely satisfied with the whole experience. They've removed by facial hair and I don't have to spend time every day tweezing anymore! And my daughter hasn't shaved under her arms in months! Before we finally decided to go in for our consultations I wondered if we could afford it, but they gave us a no interest financing option so it wasn't bad at all! Its been worth every penny and Im considering getting my legs next so I wont have to shave next summer!

I went in for free consultation and I heard on the radio 70% off services. She took my social and opened up a credit card and charged me thousands of dollars for nine treatments of laser hair removal I never even received one treatment. I went in one hour after she pressured me to sign the contract and she still charged me. I had to hire a lawyer and dispute with the finance company. My credit is being ruined because they charged me for services never received.

I went to Ideal Image after a couple of my friends went and told me how awesome it was! I used to get painful razor burn and ingrowns from shaving. I tried waxing too and it was just as bad. Now, I am almost finished with my laser treatments at ideal image and I cant remember the last time I shaved. My skin is actually smooth and I can go to the beach without having to think twice. I am so happy with my results and have already recommended ideal image to several people! I also just found out I am moving to Florida and I can easily transfer to one of the locations in florida to finish my treatments. appearantly Ideal Image has like a hundred locations. Very satisfied!!!

In order to receive their "discount" you have to sign a 15 page contract and pay in full up front. They attempt to lure you into this contract by offering a lifetime membership after treatment. However, the lifetime membership is a hoax...YOU STILL PAY FOR TREATMENTS. Once you've signed the contract the cancellation fee is very steep. BEWARE, nobody should have to sign a 15 page contract for Laser Hair Removal. Think about it. There are other places in town that use the same lasers, professional staff, less expensive and don't force you into contracts.

I checked into a lot of places and just had a great feeling about Ideal Image. They have proven me right.
