John at Complete Locksmith did a great job for us. It was a last minute request but he was able to make time on the day we called him to re-do the lock on the door handle of a house so that it matched all the other locks on the house. It had to be quick as the house was being shown for sale and without this, potential buyers were locked out. He reworked the lock while we were at work, told us to give it a try to make sure it worked. It worked perfectly on his first attempt even though the keys were old copies. Fast service, reasonable rates and great follow up and customer service!

I called 5 locksmiths and John was the only one that was willing to go above and beyond, to make sure I would feel safe. I was unable to sleep for 2 nights because there was a sexual assault in our neighborhood and my ex-husband showed up at my house drunk. John came the same day, and was here only a short time. He was very professional and even made other suggestions to make me feel more secure. I would highly recommend him.

John is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is not out to take advantage of you or sell you things you don't need. He is someone who is honest and fair and I would not hesitate to call on him again.
