Found Sam's Place on the web due to great ratings. Had been told my Honda needed a new transmission at another facility. Thought a second opinion wouldn't hurt so went to Sam's Place Auto Repair and they said all it needed was a tune up. Finished in the same day and wow does it run good now. Refreshing to find such honesty and great people.

My co-worker told me about this auto repair shop on Craycroft Road he and his family has been using for years. My car kept dying and I needed more dependability. I dropped it off and they offered me a ride to work. What a convenience! A couple hours later they called with a diagnosis and an estimate which was much less than I had anticipated. Plus they could finish it that same day. I feel very fortunate to have found such a friendly family owned shop with good knowledgeable techs. The communication was excellent and unlike my previous experiences with shops that I had to keep calling to get answers. Just the lack of frustration was a relief. My experience was very pleasant and accommodating. My car runs great and they even gave me a free car wash. I will be recommending this auto repair shop to all my family and friends and suggest it highly. Thanks for the good service! I will be back

I am an insurance auto appraiser and for 25 years have been using and referring friends to Sam's Place for reliable and honest repair work. They will not suggest any repair you do not need. They will even tell you it may be time to get rid of your car to avoid future problems and expense. Steve

I just went to Sam's Place to get my SUV a second estimate on some work the dealership recommended. I'm glad I did since they quoted me nearly $200 cheaper for the same repair. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest mechanic.

I have been taking all of my cars to Sam's Place the last few years and will continue to do so because I know I can trust them to give me a fair and honest diagnosis without them pushing un needed repairs. I have and would recommend them to anyone.
