I absolutely love Dr Gelety and Martha. Martha is so understand of how emotional the journey of trying to have a baby is. She is amazing with our 4 year old and he absolutely loves her! Dr Gelety and Martha have taken time to really explain what is expected in our next few months ahead of trying to have another baby. The entire staff here is amazing and I feel they all truly care about us and helping us in trying to have a baby!

AVOID! Martha Silva, the nurse practitioners you'll have to deal with, is awful. Not only did she make the process more difficult than required, but she is condescending and fails to understand what's important. She also gives incorrect "medical" information. Incredibly disorganized place. Waited over 3 hours for a simple procedure. The other clinic is so much better--wish I hadn't wasted my time here. While Dr. Gelety was kind, smart and thorough, he is unfortunately not the person I had to deal with 90% of the time. Even when I specifically asked to talk to Dr. Gelety and that I didn't want to talk with Martha, the receptionist transferred me to Martha.

Dr gelety quickly identified issues that other physicians had missed. He presented options and background information so I could make the best decision for me.

Absolutely amazing staff! They have all been so amazing and supportive through my road to getting pregnant after multiple miscarriages. After only 3 months I am pregnant and they have been wonderful and watching me closely to make sure this one sticks! I don't think I could have asked for a better team!

I worked with dr. Gelety even though I live in El Paso. The office and medical staff were very patient with my frequent phone calls. They were flexible in working with out of town doctors for monitoring. Keeping our fingers crossed for success!

Wonderful, they really cared about the end result which was us having a baby. Sometimes I found it hard to get my questions in during the appointment, but everyone was very helpful, so nice, and just wonderful!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gelety and his staff. Carolina, Marta and Eny have always been supportive and positive for me. All of the staff have answered my questions each time I've called and they have worked around my busy schedule. I have been working with Dr. Gelety for a year now and have appreciated his honest answers and heart felt sympathy each time my pregnancy test came out negative. I have gone through 2 IVF procedures and felt all of my questions and concerns were answered. Since I have been with Dr. Gelety, I've seen his office space transform. It is now bright, clean and cheery! In regards to payments and billings, I am always aware of what costs will be prior to services and detailed information is always provided. They did the leg work for me regarding my insurance and were able to tell me what was covered. They knew me by name and could always ask about things that were personal to my life. I loved the fact that they remembered my parents between the first and second IVF treatments. It made my folks feel important and that I was being well taken care of. At this time in my life, my journey is done but I will always recommend Dr. Gelety's practice to people I come in contact with who are looking for a fertility doctor. They are an amazing team!

I appreciate the time that is spent each time I go in and they don't go forcing me to do anything I am not ready for. I have been going to Arizona Center for about 1.5 years so far working on getting pregnant with our first child.�

I have been a patient of Dr. Gelety's for 6 months now. I absolutely love his staff and how comfortable they make you feel there. I had to have surgery 3 months into my process and was so relieved to find out that Dr. Gelety himself would be performing the procedures instead of referring me to another surgeon. I also like how he takes time to be there for his patients and will answer any questions. I also respect that he isn't will for lack of better terms, to waste a patients time and money. He will only attempt procedures when everything is right. He is beyond a hard worker, I swear he never slows down to take time for himself !! His NP Marta Silva, is absolutely amazing herself. She is always professional and has such a fun nature about herself. I get a smile and a story every time she enters the room. She also takes time to explain anything you may have questions about. I once, had a nurse having trouble drawing my blood and she came in a did it herself, which impressed me. Also, during my post surgical follow-ups, I was scheduled to come in a see her but was having trouble recovering and she made the decision to call in Dr. Gelety to assess me, which I also respected her for very much. His nursing staff is always polite and I love that, they seem a bunch of patients daily... but somehow manage to remember my better halfs name and will always strike up conversation with us. His front desk staff... Especially Emme, is phenomenal. Overall, I absolutely love this place, the environment and I couldn't ask for better staff to be taking care of me !!!

Dr. Gelety and Martha, N.P., are the best professionals in the fertility business here in town. Martha is very friendly, confident and her impressive experience in fertility medicine is very comforting especially to difficult patients that have had several failed IVF attempts. Martha makes everything seem very easy by demonstrating how to do the shots, drawing the specific spots to give the shots and providing a tailored calendar with the scheduling of all the medicines. I really appreciate Martha's friendliness, competence and confidence! Thanks Martha

I don't know if Dr. Gelety's office is intentionally difficult to work with or just incompetent. Given his recent board sanction, I'm guessing the latter. His office lost my test results multiple times, didn't return my calls, refused to explain treatment and acted offended when I asked questions. When I went to another doctor, it took THREE MONTHS to get my records from them. Now I'm finding out that I was misdiagnosed-he was recommending surgery or expensive IVF as my only options, when neither of those are necessary! Infertility is anguishing enough without having to deal with a doctor like Dr. Gelety.
